Oostvaardersplassen sunset BBQ: a €38.50 dinner from starter to dessert

Paviljoen de Oostvaarders hosts a reservation-only BBQ beside Oostvaardersplassen in Almere on 18 July from 17:30. €38.50 includes starter, buffet and dessert but excludes drinks; reserve officially before combining it with a nature walk.

• The wetland setting leads the rhythm: the restaurant sits inside the nature experience centre at Nationaal Park Nieuw Land, moving from water and birds to dinner and sunset.
• The buffet is not meat-only: prawns, chicken satay and moink balls sit beside celeriac, vegetable skewers, pulled jackfruit and a vegetarian BBQ sausage.
• Choose salmon, beef carpaccio or watermelon as starter, and state allergies, vegetarian needs or seating requests when the reservation is confirmed.
