From 21 to 23 August, however, Jacob Oppenheimerpark turns into a small campsite with tents, games and evenings around the fire, making two nights in one’s own district feel deliberately different from staying home. De Buurtcamping uses shared meals, sport and creative activities to help neighbours meet, while reserving access for families who might otherwise miss a holiday.
