In the week the season turns you want coats, rain boots and a few changes of underwear for the children in one trip. This 26-page book runs from 21 to 27 September 2026 and opens with all bras and sports bras at 40% korting, sized 65AA t/m 95E.

One page in, a problem appears: The cover says 40 per cent, yet this 26-page book runs at least five different ways of writing a discount. Women’s and men’s raincoats are 30% korting (S t/m XXL, op=op), rain boots are 40% korting, women’s and children’s tights run 2+2 gratis with a note that the two cheapest are free, mascara and bath balls are 1+1 gratis, and foundation, primer and concealer are 2e artikel 1,-. Per item those five shapes work out at 70, 60, 50 and 50 per cent of the original, and at the original plus one euro divided by two. They sit in the same book but they do not compare directly.

Three things in this edition are worth doing the sum on before deciding how many to take:

• alle baby- en kinderkleding sits at 30% korting across sizes 50 up to 170-176. Children grow fastest in the first cold weeks, and coats and sweatshirts are the items from this week that will still fit into the winter, so building a full set uses the percentage far better than picking up a single piece.
• aankleedknuffel Siepie of Takkie is € 13,99, with a small Halloween outfit beside it at 5,99. A soft toy for a pre-school child travels to daycare and to grandparents, and one that can be dressed adds a second kind of play, so this is also one of the few items priced per piece with no quantity to make up.
• HEMA de handzeep HEMA de conditioner run together at 2e halve prijs. Hand soap and conditioner are consumables that a household certainly finishes, and half off the second spreads to 75 per cent of the original for each, which is easier to use up in one shop than the tiers that ask you to collect four items first.

There is only one sum: the total you actually hand over at the till, divided by the number of items you carry home. Tights at 2+2 gratis look like the sharpest deal, but they ask for four pairs at once; the two cheapest of the four come free, so each pair costs half the original, provided all four get worn. Foundation at 2e artikel 1,- behaves quite differently: two tubes at 25 euro cost 26 in total, or 13 each, while two at 12 euro cost 13 in total, or 6,50 each, so the cheaper the second item, the better that shape pays. Coffee beans of 400 g are 2 voor 11,99 against 7,99 a pack, which is 6 euro a pack. Put your own figures in: total divided by count, set against the one item you would otherwise have bought.

The raincoat and rain boot blocks are marked op=op, while stocks last, and the book gives no branch-level stock anywhere. The tights block states that all combinations are allowed and that the two cheapest articles are the free ones.
