What you need to know
Before the season turns you want to restock vitamins, toothpaste and hand care in one go. This 38-page book, valid from 21 to 27 September 2026, is titled Merkenstorm and leads with a pink circle on the cover: TOT 60% KORTING.
Turn one page and the gap appears: the cover promises up to 60 per cent, while the pages inside keep landing on the same quarter. The pink band inside reads 2e product 50% korting and applies across all brands. Half off the second item, spread over the pair, means paying 75 per cent of the original for each. Every printed pair confirms it: Ecodenta black whitening toothpaste 100 ml goes from 11,58 to 8,69, Q+A hyaluronic acid facial serum 30 ml from 16,98 to 12,74, Wild refillable deodorant 40 g from 41,98 to 31,49 and Dr. Hauschka rose cream 30 ml from 61,98 to 46,49. Sixty per cent is the ceiling of the week, not its shape.
Three kinds of item in this book genuinely suit being bought in pairs:
- Daily consumables, where a second one cannot go to waste. Ecodenta black whitening toothpaste 100 ml is 8,69 for two, Dr Organic triple action toothpaste 100 ml is 11,24 for two and Smyle Fresh Mint 80 ml is 11,99 for two. Toothpaste always gets finished in a household, so taking two only brings the next shop forward instead of creating a cupboard stockpile.
- Body and hand care, used in volume and slow to spoil. Weleda Skin Food 75 ml is 18,89 for two, Burt’s Bees watermelon lip balm 4,25 ml is 6,74 for two, Aloe Pura aloe vera gel 100 ml is 8,99 for two and Sea Magik Epsom spa salts 1000 g are 14,69 for two. Use of all of these climbs once the heating goes on and hands start to crack.
- The expensive lines you already use. Dr. Hauschka rose cream 30 ml is 46,49 for two, Fushi cold-pressed castor oil 250 ml is 20,99 for two and Jacob Hooy vitamin E cream 140 ml is 11,24 for two. This tier saves the most per unit and misleads the most, because it only works when the second tube was always going to be used.

The sum is the two-item price divided by two, set against the one you normally buy. The rose cream at 46,49 for two is 23,25 each, which reads well. What it asks for today is 46,49 in one go, and most people take about six months to finish one 30 ml jar, so the second one sits until spring. Run the division on your own shelf: two-item price divided by two, followed by one honest question about whether the second will be finished before it turns. If the answer is no, take one. The tea aisle uses different arithmetic this week: every tea brand runs three for the price of two, which is roughly 67 per cent per box and beats the half-price second item.
The tea block states in writing that the De Tuinen own brand is excluded, so the house-brand teas sit outside that offer. Each block also notes that conditions and exceptions differ per action and do not combine with other offers, and no branch-level stock is given anywhere in the book.
