Den Haag holiday launch: canoe, experiment and gather for children’s comedy

Zuiderparktheater hosts the free Kick Off Zomervakantie on 20 July from 11:00 to 16:00, but every family needs a reserved ticket. Book first, then route the day around what each child wants to try.

• From 11:00, Vakantiepost crafts, DAK dance, WSDH sport, MuseumLAB experiments and a hammock forest spread choice across the park instead of keeping children seated.
• Marit Bouwmeester Academy brings canoeing and SUP, turning the water-sport world associated with an Olympic sailor into an accessible first experience; VET Kindercabaret opens the holiday at 14:00.
• Admission is free but capacity is limited and reservations opened on 8 July. Bring sun protection, water and spare clothes, and check age, weather and queue rules for each activity.
