The cushions on the sofa have faded through a whole summer and you are tired of looking at them. This 32-page book, valid from 21 September to 4 October 2026, is headed WERELD VOL NIEUWE TRENDS and is divided by collection, one of which, Pearl of Peace, runs on bright warm colour.

The cushion range uses a stacking tier, printed plainly on a yellow label: 20 per cent on two, 25 on three, 30 on four or more. The point to hold on to is that buying more lowers the unit price, but the saving lands on the later items rather than the first two. Take the round cushion of 33 centimetres listed at 6,99: two at 13,98 with a fifth off is 11,18, three at 20,97 with a quarter off is 15,73, and four at 27,96 with 30 per cent off is 19,57. Going from two to three costs 4,55 more, while going from three to four costs only 3,84, which makes the fourth cushion the cheapest one in the basket.

Three groups in this book work on three different kinds of reduction:

• Cushions, the only group on a stacking tier. Thirty per cent needs four or more, so if the plan was always to retire every old cushion on the sofa, taking four at once beats two trips. If you only want to replace one, the tier does nothing for you and the shelf price applies. Square and round, velvet and embroidered all appear, and mixing them still counts toward the same total.
• Lighting and vases, a flat 20 per cent with no counting. All lighting carries 20 per cent on the lampshade pages, and all vases the same, with the vredesduif vase at 15 by 9 by 17 centimetres going from 12,99 to 10,39. Here one costs the same per item as five, so there is no pressure to make up a number and you can simply take the one you like.
• Furniture knobs and small pieces, at 25 per cent or a straight price. All furniture knobs are 25 per cent off, with the gold butterfly going from 2,99 to 2,24, which makes a whole row of cupboard handles the cheapest change in the book. Alongside them sit straight prices with no percentage: Royal Leerdam coloured glass, a light-pink wine glass of 420 ml at 4,99, and a ceramic decorative tile of 10 by 10 centimetres at 3,99.

The sum is the number of items times the unit price times one minus the tier. Put your own sofa into it: three means 3 times the unit price times 0,75, and four means 4 times the unit price times 0,70. If the answer comes out at three, look once more at what the fourth one actually adds, because at the 6,99 level it is 3,84, which is usually less than buying one separately later. The same logic reaches the handles, where six cupboard doors at 2,24 come to 13,44, far below the cost of replacing a single door.

The stacking tiers are printed on the cushion range only and do not cover the whole book, while lighting and vases stay at a fixed 20 per cent however many you take. Items are introduced with bijv., meaning an example, so other colourways in the same collection may be priced differently, and neither branch stock nor online parity is stated anywhere.
