Geldfit is run by the independent Stichting NSR and now receives more than 150,000 visitors a month. Its purpose is not to hand people another intimidating catalogue of benefits, but to turn “what might I be missing?” into a route they can follow. A two-minute test and the Potjes-check identify potentially relevant allowances or local schemes, after which a postcode can connect the user to nearby help. The service can be used anonymously, and phone or WhatsApp support is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 21:00 via 0800-8115. That sequence is especially useful after a move, income change or new family situation.
