- ✓ Who can apply: Individuals with a Dutch degree, a designated overseas master's degree, or who have completed a research project in the Netherlands.
- ✓ Requirements: You must apply within 3 years of completing your studies or research. If applying online from within the Netherlands, you need a valid residence permit, BRP registration, and a BSN.
