Nij Begun subsidy: check the dates

A Groningen homeowner who already replaced glass or insulated a roof may assume the opportunity has passed. The retrospective Nij Begun route exists precisely for certain older commissions, but place, order date and measure must all match; a recent invoice alone does not create eligibility. SNN describes the route for homes in Groningen province and parts of North Drenthe. Contracted work must have been commissioned between 25 April 2023 and before 3 June 2025; do-it-yourself claims use material purchase and start evidence from the same period. Applications close at 17:00 on 1 October 2026. Amounts and eligible measures vary, so begin with the address check and then align contract, payment and photographs.
