This is Lidl's non-food book, 16 pages, with a folderz window of 2 to 5 September and Vanaf woensdag 02.09 printed across the top of the cover. The issue is led by Parkside Performance power tools.

There are four cover offers and the prices are clear enough, but they do not all start on the same day, which is the easiest way to make a wasted trip. The Parkside Performance 20V angle grinder Limited Edition is 49,99 euro from Wednesday 02.09. The Parkside Performance 20V cordless drill set, including battery, charger and bits, is 59,99 for the whole set, also from Wednesday 02.09. The ESMARA women's loungewear set comes down 33 percent from 14,99 to 9,99, but only from Saturday 05.09, three days later than the first two. And the Parkside Performance 4,000 lumen work light drops 22 percent from 44,99 to 34,99 while marked Alleen op lidl.nl, online only and not in the shop, with a five-year warranty noted on the page.

One line of small print deserves its own read. The right of the cover carries Parkside's Guinness World Record promotion, PARKSIDE MOVES THE LONDON EYE, and underneath it states that the drive for the London Eye and the record used a separately available PARKSIDE PERFORMANCE 8Ah battery, the PAPP 208 A1, and that this battery is not included in the standard delivery of the pictured product. The record therefore demonstrates what the tool does with a larger battery fitted, not the configuration you get at the cover price.
