The sand and leaf bits that come in on autumn shoes can be cleared every day while you are at work; it suits homes with mostly hard floors and space under the furniture, and works less well with a lot of deep-pile rugs.
• Hanglamp James: € 22,39. The James pendant lamp, for above the dining table or in the living room. In the months when it gets dark early, one good pendant does more than switching on several small lamps; check the fitting before buying and add a warm-white LED bulb.
• gamma vensterbanken mdf: 25% korting. GAMMA’s own MDF window sills. When an old sill is peeling or water-stained from plant pots, fitting a new board over it is quicker than sanding and repainting; MDF does not like water, so put a saucer under any plant pots.

The lighting discount needs the GAMMA Voordeelpas, and window sills should be measured before you add up the total. Filled in: the total for window sills is the shelf prices of the boards added up, times 0.75. Measure each sill, pick boards of the right length in the shop, add up their prices and multiply by 0.75, and you know what replacing them all costs this week; for lighting it is the shelf price times 0.7, so a lamp marked 50 costs 35 with the Voordeelpas.

The folder has 47 pages; online it runs from 28 September to 4 October, while the cover prints Monday 28 September to Sunday 11 October, so plan around the earlier date of 4 October to be safe, and stock depends on the shop.
