Fraudehelpdesk has issued an alert about a new type of scam call reported on June 9th. These robocalls, in English or Dutch, impersonate police, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Justice, or banks.

The callers may ask you to press 1, share personal data, transfer money, or install remote software.
- ✓ Hang up: If you receive an unknown call, hang up immediately and never call back.
- ✓ Protect your data: Never follow prompts, transfer money, or install software.
- ✓ Report it: Report scam attempts to Fraudehelpdesk; contact the police if you have lost money.
⚠️ Scammers are constantly evolving their tactics. Always verify information with official sources independently. If you're unsure, it's best to hang up and do not engage.
