After Accell’s bankruptcy, save the frame number first

For a bicycle owner, three things are easily confused: the brand is still visible, a dealer remains open and an old warranty will continue unchanged. Bankruptcy initially concerns the legal entity and payment chain, while inventory, service networks, recall work and brand ownership may follow different paths. This is not the moment to rely on rumours or leave the invoice, frame number and recall correspondence in one email account. If a Babboe bicycle is covered by a safety recall, the safety instruction remains more important than corporate news; do not resume use on an assumption.
