What you need to know
You open the fridge on Thursday evening, the fruit is nearly gone, and the children are off to the park at the weekend. Every page of this 48-page flyer carries the same footer, valid from Wednesday 16 to Tuesday 22 September 2026, so there are six days left from today.
Page 11 holds a different kind of lower price. The small print on the In prijs verlaagd page says the former prices were measured on 2 September 2026 and cut from 9 September, with no end date, so these are not the same as the weekly promotions that end on the 22nd. Where the two meet, compare them yourself. This week a tray of two avocados costs 2,49 euro (was 2,99), about 1,25 euro each, while on the price-cut page a loose avocado is 1,35 euro (was 1,49). Orri mandarins, 750 gram, cost 1,99 euro, about 2,65 euro per kilo, while ordinary mandarins in a one-kilo net on the price-cut page cost 2,35 euro. The sum is pack price divided by kilos, or pieces, equals the price per kilo or per piece, and then set it against the same kind of item on the price-cut page.
The fresh pages of this issue fall roughly into three groups:
- Fruit to take out at the weekend: seedless white grapes, 500 gram a tub, are buy one get one free, two tubs for 2,59 euro (was 5,18), which is 2,59 euro per kilo, and the small print says combinations are allowed. Blueberries in a 300 gram tub cost 3,49 euro (was 4,89), about 11,63 euro per kilo, and a 500 gram net of lemons costs 1,19 euro (was 1,59).
- Vegetables for dinner: two loose red peppers are buy one get one free at 1,09 euro (was 2,18). On the price-cut page, cucumber and courgette each drop by 0,10 euro to 0,75 and 0,79 euro, a bag of three mixed peppers is 1,89 euro (was 2,19), and a 250 gram tub of white mushrooms is 1,09 euro.
- Dinner in a hurry: also on the price-cut page, Jumbo fresh meal kits, curry madras for four at 5,49 euro (was 5,99) and Thai pad thai for two to three at 6,49 euro (was 6,99). Divide the four-person kit by four and it is about 1,37 euro a person; the page does not say whether rice or other extras need buying separately.

For the lasting cuts a second sum helps: the amount of the cut times how often you buy it each week equals what you spend less per week. A household that buys cucumbers twice a week saves 0,10 euro each time, 0,20 euro a week; one bag of Elstar apples a week saves 1,00 euro a week. Put in your own numbers to see what this page is worth to your household.
Worth noting: the flyer gives no stock per branch and does not say how long the prices on the price-cut page will hold, and the small print on the buy-one-get-one lines warns that the total can differ per combination.
