What you need to know
Technology here is not pressing one display button. Six- and seven-year-olds work with materials and glue guns, while children from eight can explore simple electronics, soldering, sawing and drilling, helped by volunteers to make a light or object move. The small group gives tools and questions time. Adults do not book a Factory place but need museum admission and remain responsible. Age boundaries protect tool safety, not status.
