This is issue NR 12, and the foot of the cover prints the dates as Thursday 3 September through Monday 21 September, across eighty-six pages. The cover pushes two things at once. The upper half reads SPAAR NU voor een betoverende dag Winter Efteling, marked 10 & 16 JANUARI 2027. The lower half carries Alex Meijer espresso beans in one-kilo bags, three bags down from 59.97 to 39.98, with a red panel reading 2+1 GRATIS and COMBINEREN MOGELIJK, plus a roundel stating that three bags of the same variety earn one stamp.

Price the coffee first, because that part stands up without the stamps. 39.98 across three kilos is EUR 13,33 a kilo, against 59.97 across three at EUR 19,99. The 2+1 gratis works out as a third off, so 33%, and the line beside the panel matters: combineren mogelijk means the three bags may be mixed varieties rather than three of one. On a flyer that only shouts 2+1, that is easy to miss.

Now the stamps, which follow a different rule, because a stamp needs three bags of the same variety. So the cheapest unit price and the stamp cannot both be had on one purchase; mixing varieties forfeits the stamp. The flyer does not print how many stamps fill a card, nor a deadline for completing one, so you cannot work out the break-even against an Efteling ticket from these pages. Only the coffee half is computable. The sound reading is therefore to treat this as a coffee purchase at EUR 13,33 a kilo with the stamp as a bonus. Buy coffee you will not drink in order to chase the stamp and that January ticket becomes one of the most expensive in the country.
