Hiromi meets the Metropole Orkest

Hiromi Uehara’s live appeal is not simply that she plays jazz faster; she keeps moving piano, synthesiser, rock momentum, funk rhythm and classical structure into new positions. On 11 September she joins the Metropole Orkest in the Concertgebouw’s Main Hall under conductor Miho Hazama, placing Sonicwonderland material inside a full orchestral body.
