Details
Since 1977, volunteers from three local associations have turned the last Sunday of July into a shared town living room. The stalls provide the structure, while music, folklore and the castle ruin give the day its unmistakable local identity. On 26 July from 10:00 to 17:00, lanes around the historic centre and castle ruin fill with market stalls, street entertainment and family activities; adult entry is €3.50.
- The event runs 10:00–17:00 on 26 July.
- Adult entry is €3.50; children through age twelve and children’s attractions are free.
- Around 150 stalls spread through narrow historic streets and the ruin area, so this is a multi-location route.
- Drivers follow stewards to free parking at the edge of the town.
Treat this as a small summer story with a clear setting, not simply another pin on a map. Times, ticket types and practical arrangements can still change. Reopen the official page before booking or leaving, and allow some margin for transport, weather and food so the day stays enjoyable.
Hokimi field note: See the ruin and old lanes in the morning, then browse stalls after lunch to avoid the busiest entrance and food queues.
