Bagels & Beans FOMO: purple ube foam turns matcha into a summer conversation

Bagels & Beans serves Zomer FOMO at all Dutch branches from 1 June to 13 September. The iced matcha is €5.95 and Brioche Zomerfruit €8.25; ask about today’s stock before choosing one item or sharing both.

• Ube, a purple yam familiar across Asian desserts, gives coconut matcha a mild vanilla sweetness, softens the green tea edge and creates the unmistakable purple layer.
