Save the country before the journey

Travel advice often becomes stale in two moments: a traveller keeps a screenshot made weeks earlier, or reaches the destination and relies on fragments from social media. The Dutch foreign ministry’s Reisapp places saved destinations, change alerts and emergency guidance in one tool. During hospitalisation, a lost passport or the need to contact an embassy, steps and phone numbers no longer have to be assembled from search results. Currency, volume and weight converters are also available for moments when connectivity or concentration is poor. The app cannot replace insurance or local judgement, but it reduces the number of uncertain information doors. The useful action is to save the destination and allow notifications before departure, not download at the airport.
