Yuan's Hot Pot Amsterdam Ferdinand Bolstraat

One of our favourite hotpot places in whole Europe. Delicious soup base with lots of options to boil. Price is quite reasonable as well. Service is excellent as always. Thanks to Hubert this time that we had a great dinner this weekend.

Nice hotpot restaurant in overall. The broth is good, however we did not like the fact that you pay per item, and the prices are quite high considering the amount of food you receive in the plates. For regular hotpot customers, this is not the recommended place. But if you are new to the concept and want to go for the experience there is a lot of variety this place offers and you will definitely leave satisfied.

Ingredients are fresh, especially the sliced meats and vegetables, and the portions are fair for the price. Service is generally quick and attentive, though it can get busy during peak hours. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed meal with friends.

Fresh ingredients, an interesting concept, and everything was very clean. The staff wore gloves, which we appreciated. It was daughter’s birthday, and they congratulated us so sweetly - that was a lovely touch. I definitely recommend this place. The only downside was that we had to sit for quite a while without drinks, and the service in the dining area could have been a bit faster. Overall, highly recommended.
