We ate here yesterday. My Chinese friend invited us here and she herself chose the foods for us. Everything was nice but like my previous experience in a Chinese restaurant the food was salty and fatty! Maybe they like it salty and oily but it was not my favourite and was not healthy as well. The food was so beautiful and colourful with a lot of nutritious ingredients but salty for me so I couldn’t eat that much. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful.
The food was pretty decent, I’m not from northeast China so I don’t know how authentic they are but my friend who is from there loves this place. The Thai milk tea was very watered down though, and the food is a tad pricey. Other than that, overall not bad.
At the edge of Den Haag's Chinatown, this restaurant specializes in NorthEast cuisine. I, however, have my favorite Sichuan fish or beef hotpot with chili oil. Totally hits the spot on a winter afternoon 👌
Good restaurant with a good food. No nonsense fancy decor. Just what you expect from a good chinese restaurant: good food, with a simple decor! Just a note: all the food that I ordered has a slightly sour tone. May not be for everyone, but if you like something sour or refreshing, then it's a must try.
The first dish was amazing, crispy from the sugar but spicy and nicely balanced. The sour pork wasn't my thing. Very crispy and nicely prepared though. The rice and beef were great too. Everything was a bit oily though.
